C.M. Banschbach is a native Texan and would make an excellent hobbit if she wasn’t so tall. She’s an overall dork, pizza addict, and fangirl. When not writing fantasy stories packed full of adventure and snark, she works as a pediatric Physical Therapist where she happily embraces the fact that she never actually has to grow up. She writes clean YA/MG fantasy-adventure as Claire M. Banschbach.
Kristen Bazen is a recovering perfectionist who can often be found researching ancient history and culture. Her short stories and poetry are featured in multiple anthologies including Crowns, Seasons of Romantasy: Summer, and The Heights We’ll Fly To, and her debut novel won the Realm Makers Aurora Award for best pre-published fantasy. When she’s not wrangling stories, her high school English students, or her photography business, Kristen dabbles in foreign languages, trains in martial arts, and raises awareness on how ordinary people can fight human trafficking.
Brigitte Cromey can best be described as the cat who lives beneath the stairs—she may take a bit of time to warm up, bites if provoked, and is fiercely loyal to those she loves. She lives with her family in southern Arizona, where she wrangles a horde of small barbarians by day, drinks tea by night, and writes stabby books that feel like home the rest of the time. She loves to feed others, and her door in the desert will always be open to those needing a home-cooked meal and a hug.
Often mistaken for an elf due to her height, Robin is actually two hobbits in a trench coat. She has degrees in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, and biology (the last of which was an accident), and spends her time trying to make things explode in controlled fashion. When not writing or engineering, you can find her hiking, Irish dancing, reading, or trying a new hobby. She likely lives in the US, but Scotland and New Zealand aren’t out of the question.
