Kristen Bazen is a recovering perfectionist who can often be found researching ancient history and culture. Her short stories and poetry are featured in multiple anthologies including Crowns, Seasons of Romantasy: Summer, and The Heights We’ll Fly To, and her debut novel won the Realm Makers Aurora Award for best pre-published fantasy. When she’s not wrangling stories, her high school English students, or her photography business, Kristen dabbles in foreign languages, trains in martial arts, and raises awareness on how ordinary people can fight human trafficking. You can find her online at www.kristenbazen.com or on Instagram as @kristen_thewriteending.
